ON-FIRE is an open multi-centre research network that aims to accelerate discovery and therapeutic science and enable innovation towards clinical trials in Frontotemporal dementia (FTD). Encompassing research and real-world healthcare settings, we are building an international data/sample resource and a trial-ready FTD cohort. Our first core study is characterising clinically relevant inflammatory profiles and other biological changes in people living with FTD, and the genetic and environmental factors which influence these patterns.
